Initiate Your Request
Log into your AcuRite account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device, including all original sensors, mounting hardware, and manuals, in the original product packaging to ensure safe transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the provided prepaid shipping label and attach it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping barcodes are fully covered or removed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned electronics, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
